The visualization in the integral development of this project was based on the preconceived idea of house in a single plant. Starting from this requirement, the town is articulated in two wings, which support the nightlife load with two master bedrooms on each side and three rooms with bathroom and suite dressing room.

In the central area, a large room with double height and dual waters stands out, where an open attic space will appear, where a TV space was projected. The decoration follows a Mediterranean line, with neutral colors that work with the architectural environment used.
