The overall design of this project was based on the preconceived idea of a house. Starting from this requirement, the villa is structured into two wings, which support the nighttime living areas with two master bedrooms on each side and three additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms.

The central area features a spacious double-height living room with a gabled roof, which opens onto an attic space designed as a TV area. The decor follows a Mediterranean style, with neutral colors that complement the surrounding architecture.
The most noteworthy element is undoubtedly the idea of a single-story house. Normally, this type of villa is developed over two or even three floors, but in this case, all the uses have been articulated on the same level, making it an interesting and easy house to live in.
